Friendly, responsive, and punctual service, reasonable price. I got 2 cubic yards of soil mix for my new raised beds. It's a narrow alley, but Frank worked some serious magic and was able to get the soil into our parking spot with very little clearance on all sides. I don't know how he did it! Would definitely recommend.

I got delivery about a month ago. First, delivery was great. A very friendly employee got it exactly where I wanted, stopping the dump halfway thru to move the truck. Second, great product. Fully hot composted with no weed seeds popping up. In my experience with fresh compost over the years important to note it's a bit hydrophobic the first year. A bit of humic acid goes a long way.

We've been purchasing Raised Bed Organic Mix from Blue Ribbon Organics for our four community gardens for several years. Customer service and delivery are terrific - they even deliver on Saturdays. But really counts is the quality. A couple of years ago, we built a new community garden and purchased soil from two different vendors. We bought their best garden mix soil in both cases. Take a look at the photo: side-by-side beds, planted the same day and cared for in the same way. All the garden beds that had Blue Ribbon soil grew dramatically healthier and faster. The nutritional value of the Blue Ribbon soil was significantly better. Now all the gardeners at that garden ask me if we ordered "the good soil for everybody" each Spring!

I had such a great experience with Blue Ribbon Organics! I needed to get product from Wisconsin to North Carolina, and they truly helped make it happen. With John’s help, everything came together seamlessly! Some days I spend hours on the phone helping my own clients and working through different situations, so I truly understand how much great customer service matters. That’s why working with John has been such a breath of fresh air—his responsiveness, care, and follow-through really stand out. We’re looking forward to continuing to work with you and are excited to send more of your product to North Carolina next spring!
